Liselott has over 25 years’ experience of advising clients on a wide range of trade mark matters, including international portfolio management, freedom to use and the registrability of trade marks, as well as filing and prosecuting trade mark applications. She is an excellent negotiator and has a natural ability to provide clear advice in conflict matters.

Her current client portfolio includes a diverse range of clients however she has particular experience in the cosmetics, fashion, food and drink, and automotive sectors.


  • Helped develop the trade mark and design prosecution processes at two law firms in Stockholm, from scratch
