• Phil leads and has overall responsibility for the operational management of the Patent and Trade Mark Administration teams ensuring they are sufficiently resourced and managed to provide a high-quality and timely service to attorneys and clients
• Ensures best practice methods are proactively identified, recommended, implemented and managed across all teams to drive efficient and productive services within the firm
