Lucy’s focus is biotechnology and chemistry inventions. She works with a wide range of clients across these fields from food technology companies to medical research institutes and health and beauty enterprises.
Lucy provides a broad spectrum of IP advice spanning patent filing and prosecution, strategy and portfolio management, freedom-to-operate, and patent restoration.
Experience:
- Providing in-house IP support at a leading global pharmacy, health and beauty enterprise, and delivering large-scale drafting and freedom-to-operate projects
- Restoring lapsed patents in a number of territories including the UK, France, Germany and Spain, and re-establishing rights lost in patent applications at the EPO
- Assisting with the successful defence of a European patent under opposition
