Paul has experience in assisting clients with obtaining trade mark registrations in a range of sectors including sport, food and drink, and fashion. He has also advised clients on a number of issues such as developing a suitable trade mark filing strategy globally, overcoming objections raised against applications, and providing a strategy during opposition proceedings.

Paul previously worked as a Brand Protection Assistant at Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company. He assisted in supporting the coordination and management of trade mark infringement cases in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
