“I was extremely impressed how Jo always understood the fine details of our application and picked us up on issues which were either not clear or not correct in the way that we had detailed them. This lead to a very easy application and efficient service. Jo made us aware of all of the costs up front and these were always accurate so we know where we stood financially, this being important for a small start up tech business such as ours. If I ever needed to call Jo (which was not often) then she seemed to remember the detailed parts of our patent application clearly despite having many other projects to think about I am sure. Jo was always extremely kind, thoughtful, patient and thorough as were all of our dealings with Barker Brettell. We look forward to working with her and he colleagues in the months to come.”
