Unsolicited Mail
A number of our clients have recently received an information pack from a firm in Liverpool called Community Trade Mark Filing Service Limited containing inter alia the necessary documents which are required to file a Community Trade Mark Application.
From the information provided by Community Trade Mark Filing Service Limited, it appears that all that is required in order for the clients to file a Community Trade Mark Application, is for them to sign the documentation where indicated and pay the requisite official filing fees. However, as can be seen at Clause 3.1.9 of the Terms and Condition document in these packs, Community Trade Mark Filing Service Limited does charge a fee for their services in preparing the necessary documents to file a Community Trade Mark Application.
