Rosanne is presently training in all areas of Trade Mark work including the filing and prosecution of UK, Community Trade Mark, International and overseas Applications. Rosanne is currently studying towards the qualifying examination of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Rosanne has experience of conducting identical Trade Mark clearance searches and the reporting of official actions during the prosecution of Applications. Rosanne is also responsible for co-ordinating global licence recordal programmes.
Rosanne graduated from the University of Reading with an Honours degree in Law. After graduating in 2005 Rosanne joined Barker Brettell and commenced formal training in 2008. Rosanne therefore has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Trade Mark formality work including the policing of Trade Marks through the Trade Marks and Company Name Watching Services.
Outside of work Rosanne enjoys aerobics, reading, socialising and travelling.
